We are thrilled to have been named in the E2E Tech 100 track 2024, in association with The Independent, as one of the 100 business tech leaders contributing to the UK economy.

The E2E Tech 100 represents a pinnacle of entrepreneurial excellence, rigorously curated with validation from respected entities like Experian and Go Live Data. This prestigious roster spotlights UK-based tech enterprises that have exhibited the greatest business expansion, achieved substantial revenue growth over the last two years, and established successful business models, positioning themselves for a promising future.

The ranking criteria for the E2E Tech 100 list are firmly based on significant turnover growth in recent filing periods, emphasising E2E’s dedication to identifying and honouring tech enterprises that stand out from the crowd.

The E2E Tech 100 list is a testament to celebrating the pioneering drive of tech entrepreneurs and founders across various technological sectors. It highlights UK-based companies that excel not only in their specific fields but also show consistent employee growth and lead transformative business strategies within the tech industry. These enterprises are at the forefront of the global tech landscape, making a profound impact and leaving a lasting impression worldwide.

When asked about the feature in The Idependent, Hayley Roberts, CEO at Distology, had these answers:

Can you please provide a description of your business?

“Distology is a cyber security solutions provider distributing innovative and disruption software to corporate and enterprise businesses across the UK and Europe. We work with hundreds of reseller partners to enable and technically support them to best represent the technology we work with.”

What was your journey to leadership?

“Following my Business Studies degree I fell into tech after working in 3 different industries prior. With a background in sales and marketing, leadership was something that I grew into rather than followed as part of my career agenda. Leadership for me is about defining and creating a vision so those who you lead can follow and in turn develop their own skills and potential in the process.”

What is your leadership style and values?

“I am far better telling stories, using analogies and helping to inspire individuals to do their best and achieve their own personal goals as opposed to just holding people to account on metrics and financials. My mantra is ‘if I can do it, anyone can’ and I believe that most things can be achieved with the right attitude and energy. Sometimes our own worst enemy in achieving our potential is ourselves.”
